Logo Tablecloth, What You Need to Know
When it comes to branding your trade show display booth, and promoting your brand or products at conventions, fairs, sporting events and promotions, nothing brings your brand to life more than the 1st impression visitors see with a high-quality logo tablecloth.
If you're in the market for a tablecloth with logo, there are a few things you need to know. In this blog post, we'll discuss the different types of custom tablecloths, the best materials to use, and how to choose the right size and design for your booth.
Types of Tablecloths
There are two main types of tablecloths to cover the tables at your booth. Blank tablecloths and custom tablecloth. In the promotional industry, a custom tablecloth is considered a custom printed tablecloth. A blank tablecloth is less expensive. At Premier Table Linens print department, our blank tablecloths are available in an assortment of 74 colors to select from. Typically, a booth will consist of one or two custom printed tablecloths and for the rest of the display tables, blank tablecloths are used.
Materials
The best tablecloth fabric for events is a fabric that logos and colors stand out on and that can withstand wear and tear. Some popular materials include:
• Polyester: Polyester is a popular material that is considered the traditional promotional tablecloth fabric. A good quality polyester tablecloth is both wrinkle-resistant and durable. It is also a good choice for printed tablecloths, as it can hold up to the printing process. At Premier Table Linens, our high quality polyester is also flame retardant which is important since there are some tradeshow venues that require fabrics to be fire retardant. In addition to the standard polyester, high-end polyester is also available.
• Liquid Repellent: Liquid repellent tablecloths are also polyester and offer all the advantage listed above. In addition, any spills do not saturate into and stain the fabric. Instead, spill bead up and can simply be wiped off.
• Vinyl: Vinyl tablecloths with logo are becoming very popular.
Like the liquid repellent, it is a wipe off tablecloth. Vinyl is a much heavier fabric.
• Spandex: Spandex is not only a dynamic modern tablecloth, but it is also completely wrinkle-free! The fabric hugs the table when stretched over the table by placing the table legs. Into the spandex leg pockets.
Premier Table Linens print department offers a wide range of custom tablecloth options to meet your needs and budget. With so many tablecloth fabrics, which one is right for me?
90% Of our clients go with the standard poly, the spandex table cover with logo which is wrinkle free or the wipe clean vinyl tablecloth with logo. We are one of only a few printers with the ability to print full color on vinyl.
We offer single color or full color front panel custom printed tablecloths as well as all over printed tablecloths. With the all over print option, you can not only print the cover in more panels than the front panel, but also, instead of choosing one of the fabric stock colors, specify what Pantone color to print the background color. Select the printing option that works best for your logo and display set-up.
In addition to the standard 29” height, we manufacture custom tablecloths with logo in the 36” and 42” heights as well as any custom size needed.
