RETURNS

With very few exceptions, all linens are manufactured to order and for this reason returns are not accepted.

We are a linen manufacturer, offer 108 fabrics, 100's of sizes and over 700 colors, all which are made to order. For this reason returns are not excepted with the exception of the following tablecloth fabrics listed below in black, natural, white and ivory colors only which are shelf items in the following fabics and sizes - Poly Premier, Value Tex, Majestic Dupioni, Spun Poly, Havana, Faux Burlap and Poly Cotton twill fabrics. These fabrics only, in the sizes listed below in black, white, natural and ivory may be exchanged or returned. If returned, there is a 35% restocking fee. If exchanging, the customer will only pay shipping cost for us to exchange, no restocking fee. The return window for the below linens is 30 days from date received with the exception of the aisle runners which is 3 days.

Tablecloths:
Rounds: 60", 72", 84", 90", 108, 114", 120" and 132".
Squares: 45"x45", 54"x54", 60"x60", 72"x72", 90"x90" and 120"x120".
Rectangular tablecloths: 60"x90", 60"x108", 60"x120", 72"x108", 72"x120", 90"x132" and 90"x156".
Serpentine tablecloths: Model 6030 & 4830. Black only.

Table skirts:
Poly Premier shirred and box pleat black, white or ivory skirts in the following sizes: 14'x29, 17'x29" and 21'x29" are shelf items and may be returned.
Poly Knit shirred pleat table skirts in all Poly Knit colors, standard 14'x29, 17'x29" and 21'x29" sizes are shelf items and may be returned.

Napkins:
17"x17" & 20"x20" Napkins in Value Tex and Poly Premier are shelf items and may be returned.

Fitted Tablecloths:
Poly Premier black, white and ivory 30"x72"x29" and 30"x96"x29" may be returned.

Spandex:
(Black and white only):
Rounds: 30" round, 36" round, 48" round, 60" round and 72" round table covers or toppers with elastic.
30"x42" or 36"x42" cocktail table covers or toppers.
Rectangular 30"x72"x29" and 30"x96"x29" table covers or toppers with elastic.
Serpentine tablecloths: Model 6030 & 4830. Black only.

Chair Covers:
Standard folding and banquet chair covers, in poly and spandex black and white may be returned.

Velvet Wine Bags
May be returned for exchange or refund. If refund, there is a 25% restocking fee.

Serpentine tablecloths
Our Serpentine tablecloths are available in three styles:

• 1. Fitted tablecloth, non-pleated.
• 2. Top with sides shirred pleated like a table skirt. However, all one piece and skirting clips not required.
• 3. Same as #2 but box pleated fitted tablecloth.

We list the most common size models, the 4830, 6030 and 7230. It is imperative that you use the guide and measure your tables for a good fit. The covers are made to order and for this reason, covers are not returnable or exchangeable, with the exception of Poly Premier and Spandex in Black only 6030 and 4830

Wedding Aisle Runner
White or red Poly Premier, Spun Poly, Velvet and aisle runners in width of 36", 40", 60" and 72" wide may be returned if the entire 100 feet length is purchased. If we cut the aisle runner to a shorter length it is not returnable.
Burlap aisle runner, both natural and white in the standard 40" or 60" width may be returned if the entire 100' length is purchased. If we cut the aisle runner to a shorter length it is not returnable.

The above linens may be exchanged or returned. If returned, there is a 35% restocking fee on the above size returns. If exchanging above size, the customer will only pay shipping cost for us to exchange. The return window for the above linens is 30 days from date received with the exception of the aisle runners which is 3 days.

Products with logo
All custom printed products with logo including logo tablecloths, table runners, custom printed pop-up tents and aisle runners with logo, even in the above standard sizes, are custom printed products and may not be returned. For this reason, we offer fabric samples as well as samples of the custom printed product on the fabric that you are interested in ordering. This way, you can be sure that the fabric and printing method you are interested in will be the best option to meet your needs before placing your custom printed order. The print sample will be one of a recent previous print in the exact fabric and print method you are interested in. We also offer the printed sample with your logo. This is called a pre production sample and cost $25. Once you have decided on a fabric and print method and purchase the product and submit your artfile, a proof will be sent to you for approval prior to production.

On custom printed products with logo, color matching is only guaranteed if the Pantone Matching System (PMS) coated colors are provided.
