A fire retardant tablecloth, also called a Flame Retardant tablecloth (flame resistant) and abbreviated as FR are textiles that are treated topically after the fabric is woven with a chemical to slow down, retard burning. Our linens in this fabric line are tested by the accredited National Fire Protection Association (N.F.P.A.) 701 test, and certified as being fire retardant. The certificate and results will be Emailed to all customers that purchase this fabric line.
The highest level of fire protection is Inherently Fire Retardant tablecloths, I.F.R. table cloths. In I.F.R. linens, the fabrics have been woven from fibers that do not support flame and are available in our black, white and ivory colors only. In these 3 colors, you will be given the option for us to add an I.F.R. tag sewn to the linen.
The fabric is soil release and wrinkle resistant. Easy care, machine wash or dry clean.
