Excellent quality round vinyl tablecloth with logo. Commercial grade, 10 gauge, heavy-weight vinyl tablecloth with flannel backing.
Custom vinyl table covers with one or two-color digital print logo. Our vinyl promotional table covers are ideal for food sampling, demos, wine tasting, trade shows, food service special events, schools and the military. We have many military customers who order vinyl tablecloths with their military crest.

Please note, vinyl fabric is 54-inch wide so any larger sizes will be made with side panels sewn on.

Care and cleaning instructions
Vinyl tablecloths should never be machine washed and there is no reason to need to do so. Use a paper towel or damp cloth and wipe off any spills with soap and warm water.

*If proof is approved prior to 12 pm Eastern Standard Time, next-day production is the following business day. If proof approval is received after 12 pm E.S.T., the following day is not counted. Two days later will effectively be next-day production since it was after the cutoff time.
Free Proof Prior To Purchase:
If you wish to see a proof prior to finalizing a purchase, place the product into the shopping cart and proceed through checkout. In the payment section, select the Free Proof option. No credit card is required. Once you receive your proof, if you wish to move forward, call or email our printed linen department with your pending order number and C.C. information. Proofs are always sent to both pending payment orders as well as paid orders before going to production.

Submitting art file
Art files may be sent to us in any of the following:
- Before adding the product to the cart, you will see an option "Upload Artfile Here for New Online Order", upload the logo (Max. 50MB upload file size), add to the cart, then proceed to checkout.
- If your file can be emailed you can send it to graphics@premiertablelinens.com (max file size is 25MB). Subject line to read your order number, Art File attached.
- If your file size exceeds 25 MB then use the wetransfer, google drive, or any document shared program of your preference to send us files.
How our proofing process works
Premier proofs are sent via e-mail once we have your artwork prepared, Proofs are emailed within 1 hour during business hours. We also have graphic designers working evenings and weekends. Orders received after business hours will still receive a proof the same evening or weekend. Proofs are provided at no extra charge. If you need assistance with artwork we can help you before going into production.
- Shows the full tablecloth, all dimensions and construction. Also the print in the exact size and position as a finished product.
- Gives all aspects of the printed logo, size, colors and any additional specifications.
- Once you have checked your proof, please reply to the same email with approval or any changes you wish to make.
Table throw imprint / graphic size
The standard printable area is 36" L X 17" H. You can increase your printable area as needed for your logo requirements. We have listed numerous larger imprint areas. If the imprint area needed is not listed, select the closest size up and in the product notes let us know the imprint area for your logo tablecloth.
Can I get test prints?
Sometimes the need arises to have a smaller print finished prior to the production run being green-lighted. If a large bulk order, we will provide the pre-production full sample at no cost if requested.
Acceptable art files
Artwork for printing needs to be supplied in specific formats to ensure the highest quality finished product. We have detailed all of the specifications below. If you're not sure what files you have at your disposal or if you have no artwork in the files listed, we urge you to contact our digital art department. A member of our team will gladly assist you.

Art specification for single color or two color logo tablecloth
We use a thermo-film heat transfer material. This material is cut and then heated/pressed onto the tablecloth. There are some constraints due to the nature of the way we have to cut. A hands-on process called "weeding" removes the excess urethane material, leaving your logo ready to be heat applied to the fabric. You will find details below of what we can and cannot print using this method. If your logo cannot be printed using this method then please refer to our digitally printed tablecloths.
If your logo has half tones, distressed reliefs, or very fine lines as in the graphic above on the left, you will need to select our digitally printed tablecloth option so we can replicate your logo exactly. If your logo is solid with no fine lines as in the right-side image then we can print your logo with no changes. If unsure whether we can print your logo please email your logo to our graphics department at graphics@premiertablelinens.com who will be able to advise you on the best print method.
Due to the nature of the printing method, your file must be in vector format.
We will convert any artwork into a print-ready format to use for both now and any future printing. The cost is only $29.95. and completed in 24 hours or $39.95 for 2 hour rush conversion.
