We are very excited to announce that in addition to single color, we now custom print full color burlap tablecloths with logo!

At Premier Table Linens we know how much our clients love a printed burlap tablecloth. We have been serving customers in search of a printed burlap tablecloth with our single color print burlap. But now we change the game and in addition to single color print, which we do with heat transferred vinyl, we now offer full color printed burlap using DTF printing with vibrant colors.

Now you can show off your design in all its glory on burlap. We are proud to be one of the few, if not the only one, to offer dtf on burlap to create your burlap tablecloth with logo. Does your design have a lot of colors? Does it have color gradients? Extremely complex lines? In the past this was not possible on burlap. Now it is not a problem! We can now do any full color printing on burlap fabric resulting in a high quality printed burlap tablecloth.

Full Color Printed Burlap

DTF Printing stands for Direct to Film printing. It’s a cool, modern way to print designs onto many fabrics, including Jute. Instead of printing directly on the fabric, we first print your design onto a special film and then we transfer it onto the fabric using heat pressing.

When it comes to a full color printed burlap tablecloth, DTF print process works wonders! Burlap is a rough, textured fabric (think of the bags that coffee beans come in), and it can be tricky to print on directly because of its uneven surface. DTF on burlap doesn’t rely on the fabric’s texture. Instead film transfers the design on top of the burlap fibers, and because the ink and powder are specially made to bond, the design will print vibrant and clear, even on the rough surface of the burlap.

Single Color Printed Burlap

If you have a simple design that is not complex and only one solid color is needed, you can choose which technique to use, either full-color capable DTF printing, or save some money and go with heat transferred vinyl. Just take into consideration that if you need color gradients, or specific color matching (not PMS) the DTF print method will accommodate for those requirements.

How Does Color Matching Works With Printed Burlap

If using heat transferred vinyl, you can choose one of the available vinyl stock colors, we can suggest the closest color to your design, but there is a discrete amount of available colors for transferred vinyl.

If you are using DTF, then you can provide the CMYK code of the color you want, and we will print that exact color. Take into account that since DTF is not printing into the fabric, but transferred, Pantone Matching System is not applicable, instead we print specific CMYK colors.

Artwork Proof

Before printing, our graphic design team will Email you a proof of exactly how your logo cloth will look. We will not go into production until it is to your approval.

Submitting art file

Art files may be sent to us in any of the following:

1. Before adding the product to the cart, you will see an option "Upload Artfile Here for New Online Order", upload the logo (Max. 50MB upload file size), add to the cart, then proceed to checkout.
2. If your file can be emailed you can send it to graphics@premiertablelinens.com (max file size is 25MB). Subject line to read your order number, Art File attached.
3. If your file size exceeds 25 MB then use the wetransfer, google drive, or any document shared program of your preference to send us files.

How our proofing process works

Premier proofs are sent via e-mail once we have your artwork prepared, Proofs are emailed within 1 hour during business hours. We also have graphic designers working evenings and weekends. Orders received after business hours will still receive a proof the same evening or weekend. Proofs are provided at no extra charge. If you need assistance with artwork we can help you before going into production.

• Shows the full tablecloth, all dimensions and construction. Also the print in the exact size and position as a finished product.
• Gives all aspects of the printed logo, size, colors and any additional specifications.
• Once you have checked your proof, please reply to the same email with approval or any changes you wish to make.

Table throw imprint / graphic size

The standard printable area is 36" L X 17" H.  You can increase your printable area as needed for your logo requirements. We have listed numerous larger imprint areas. If the imprint area needed is not listed, select the closest size up and in the product notes let us know the imprint area for your logo tablecloth.

Can I get test prints?

Sometimes the need arises to have a smaller print finished prior to the production run being green-lighted. If a large bulk order, we will provide the pre-production full sample at no cost if requested.

Acceptable art files

Artwork for printing needs to be supplied in specific formats to ensure the highest quality finished product. We have detailed all of the specifications below. If you're not sure what files you have at your disposal or if you have no artwork in the files listed, we urge you to contact our digital art department. A member of our team will gladly assist you.

Art specification for single color logo tablecloth

We use a thermo-film heat transfer material. This material is cut and then heated/pressed onto the tablecloth. There are some constraints due to the nature of the way we have to cut. A hands-on process called "weeding" removes the excess urethane material, leaving your logo ready to be heat applied to the fabric. You will find details below of what we can and cannot print using this method. If your logo cannot be printed using this method then please refer to our digitally printed tablecloths.

If your logo has half tones, distressed reliefs, or very fine lines as in the graphic above on the left, you will need to select our digitally printed tablecloth option so we can replicate your logo exactly. If your logo is solid with no fine lines as in the right-side image then we can print your logo with no changes. If unsure whether we can print your logo please email your logo to our graphics department at graphics@premiertablelinens.com who will be able to advise you on the best print method.

Due to the nature of the printing method, your file must be in vector format. 

We will convert any artwork into a print-ready format to use for both now and any future printing. The cost is only $29.95. and completed in 24 hours or $39.95 for 2 hour rush conversion.

Care instructions for single color logo burlap
Spot clean or dry clean. DO NOT Put Natural Burlap in your washing machine. Jute is a natural fiber and will disintegrate if fully immersed in water. Use cold water and mild detergent. Do not twist, wring, squeeze, tumble dry.
