If you are unsure as to which fabric to choose we urge you to purchase our fabric swatch cards for only $3.95 which includes shipping. Unlike our competitors, we will send you a full swatch card with each color available beautifully presented on a crisp white swatch card as well as a napkin sample of the fabric. This way, you can see the colors in person and feel the fabric sample for quality and weight.

Choose from our luxurious selection of 17 beautiful linen fabrics available in a wide range of colors and styles. Regardless of your event, we have all your event linen needs covered. Begin your linen rental shopping experience by 1st browsing the different fabrics available and then selecting your desired fabric from the selection on the right-hand side of the screen. You will then be presented with all the available rental products and colors in your choice of fabric.

Table linen rental arrive for wedding, special event or party

Your table linen rentals will arrive 2-days prior to your event unless requested otherwise. We can ship to your home or directly to the event venue.

All our linens come ready to be used. Tablecloths, overlays and table skirts are shipped pressed and on hangers. All other event rental linens table runners, napkins, sashes and chair covers come pressed and professionally packed. 

Step five, truck delivery picking up cargo

Pack and Return Table Linen Rental

Along with your event linen rental order, in the boxes will be the pre-paid return shipping labels as well as duffle bag(s) to return the rentals. You do not wash the linens after the event. Simply shake any debris off the linens and place them in the duffle bag. Do not return the hangers. Place the return label in the sleeve of the duffle bag and drop off at any UPS store within 2 days after your event ends.
