Round table covers, round printed tablecloths are necessary for many tradeshow exhibitors, for special events and marketing round table events. Yet few promotional print companies have the machinery to cut these round printed table covers or an extra-large print press to manufacture them without seams. At Premier Table Linens offers both seamless and with seams at a lower price point as well. Regardless of which option you choose, we offer the best prices backed by a 110% Best Price Match Guarantee. We also offer the quickest turnaround in the industry with standard production being only 3-days. We also offer 2-day production, 1-day rush and even same day rush critical production schedule to meet last minute demands which we know often occurs in this industry.
As a former trade show promoter and for the past 12 years president of our company printing tablecloths with logos, I am going to share how to determine the correct size, common mistake to avoid, size needed, fabric options and art file requirements.
What Size do you Need for a Round Table?
In order to determine your round tablecloth size, you will need to know the diameter of the table as well as the height. Is it a standard 30” height or 42” height cocktail table?
I have listed the most standard sizes and different drop tablecloth sizes. This is very important as a very common mistake we see is the consumer ordering the table size instead of the correct tablecloth size. Except for Spandex products, you will need to order the cloth size and not table size. We have listed the most common table sizes used at convention centers and events but can make any custom tablecloth size needed.
Printing on Round Tablecloths
We custom print using the latest dye sublimation print technology which made the print vibrant and durable as the ink is married into the fabric fibers. You can print your logo and or design or two sides or step and repeat throughout the table cover. The price is the same. The background can be printed in any over a 1000 Pantone Matching System coated color codes or by selecting from one of our 74 fabric stock colors.
With this print method you can print photographic images and fill the entire surface area with color. You can also print the background in any of a thousand colors.
Spandex stretch covers are very popular because they are sleek, stylish and wrinkle free. Polyester tablecloths are more formal and for large tables (60” or 72”), the most appropriate.
Art file Requirements
For high quality, vivid, crisp print, the art file needs to be in a vectored format such as Adobe Illustrator (.ai or .eps), Adobe Photoshop saved as .psd or .tiff or Adobe InDesign saved as .indd or an editable PDF file. This ensures that the file is high resolution and is editable. Other acceptable files will need to be built to size and be at least 150 dpi include. If instead using a PSD, TIFF, INDD, PNG, SVG, or PNG file, they should be built to size with at least 150 dpi.
Provide Pantone Value System coated color values for spot color elements.
Creating Art File
• Set-up art file in CMYK.
• Include or embed linked files.
• All fonts must be provided or outlined.
• If using multiple graphics or repeating logos, please use the template provided on the product and lay it out exactly how you wish the finished product to look. Place design elements within each panel using a clipping mask.
