Digital Printing – Dye Sublimation Printing (Also referred to as 4 color Dye Sublimation)
Digital printing is a great option for smaller print runs up to quantities of 12, keeping them affordable while offering a wider array of colors. We can create more vibrant, colorful, and detailed prints with digital. Digital printing can create any color or gradient very easily. We utilize the latest technology in custom graphics to reproduce your original digital images. Multi-color photographic-quality images are created through our digital method. In fact with our digital printed tablecloths and banners we can print any color you desire, our only limitation is that we cannot reproduce metallic colors. Our meticulous attention to detail and exceptional quality printing process allow us to meet and exceed customer expectations on every order.
Advantages of dye-sublimation over other methods of textile printing:
Images are permanent and do not peel or fade.
Dye does not build up on the fabric.
Colors can be are extraordinarily brilliant due to the bonding of the dye to the transparent fibers of the synthetic fabric.
Truly continuous tones can be achieved that are equivalent to photographs, without the use special techniques such as half-screen printing.
The image can be printed all over the entire item, with no difficulty in printing all the way to the edges.
Finished image and fabric are smooth to the touch as the dye sublimation ink becomes part of the fabric with no raised areas.

Using blends of 4 colors allows us to create full color prints. The four basic colors used in printing: cyan, magenta, yellow and black.
Screen printing is a great option if you are looking to order a larger quantity of tablecloths 12+, with a one or two color logo or printed design. Screen printing (see graphic below) is the traditional method of printing onto textiles and has been used very successfully for many many years and is probably the format that you are most familiar with. We do have a minimum order quantity of 12 pieces per logo when ordering screen printed tablecloths. We also offer pricing on a single color print, Black print on white tablecloth for example, or a two color print red and black on a white tablecloth. We do offer more than 2 color options for your ink with screen printing and will provide a price on request, however the more colors added the more expensive it becomes. 1 or 2 color are the most cost effective hence these being our primary options.
