What is Dye Sublimation Printing

When in need of 100% printed polyester tablecloths we use large format printing. With Dye sublimation printing technology, graphics are placed on transfer sheets via liquid gel ink and with heat and pressure are converted from a solid dye into a gaseous form without going through a liquid form. The heat and pressure causes the dye to penetrate the fibers of the fabric, creating a permanent color bond. Once the heat is removed, the dye returns to a solid form and the process is complete.

Using this technology you will get the best printed polyester tablecloths. Since colors are embedded into the fiber, rather than printed on the surface, images on fabric won’t fade or crack. This method is machine washable, so it will preserve colors even after multiple washings. Even high quality photographic images can be printed in exact and vibrant colors.
